I believe in self care. Self care can be anything from finding gratitude in the midst of anger to learning a new way to move your body to trying a new recipe.
Self care is not a path to perfection or manipulating the body to do things against it's ability. No diets. No shame. No deprivation. No harsh criticisms. Move how you want to move, feel what you need to feel. Fall down and pick yourself back up. Learn how to forgive yourself and find true self love as you are. You are perfection already, embody it!
