Warm Yoga Flow

Fridays 11am at 3Sisters yoga+fitness

 

Taught in the Vinyasa style, this class is appropriate for all levels from beginner to advanced. We begin slow and steady and build the pace to your comfort level. 

 

Yinyasa

Fridays 6pm at Cleveland Yoga Westlake

 

Yinyasa begins with a simple warm up. Then we move the energy down to the floor for Yin. The poses are held for a longer time, and they should never feel painful. The use of blocks can help prop up the poses in order to move comfortably and safely. Feel free to bring a strap or towel for additional prop options. You'll leave feeling calm, centered, and restored. 

 

Yin
