Warm Yoga Flow
Taught in the Vinyasa style, this class is appropriate for all levels from beginner to advanced. We begin slow and steady and build the pace to your comfort level.
Yin begins with a simple warm up. Then we move the energy down to the floor for Yin. The poses are held for a longer time, and they should never feel painful. The use of blocks, blankets, straps, or bolsters help prop up the poses in order to move comfortably and safely. You'll leave feeling calm, centered, and restored.
